Bin collections resumed
Wednesday 4th of February 2009
Recycling and refuse collections were resumed on Wednesday following the thaw.
The crews will be working to catch Monday and Tuesday's rounds on Saturday but some collections may still be behind going into next week.
East Hampshire District Council's contractors Veolia plan to complete the oldest work first and will operate over the next two Saturdays to catch up the shifts.
Residents are advised to put out their bins and leave them out until they are emptied.
