Staff at Birdworld are crowing having been honoured by a tourism award scheme for their green credentials.

Birdworld park manager, Mark Anderson, said: "We are so pleased to have received this recognition but it has only been achievable by the positive attitudes shown by our staff. We really hope that the success of this scheme will grow and that people will choose to use businesses within GTBS as this will support environmental sustainability within tourism."
