French woman joins Horndean Parish Council

Horndean Parish Council has co-opted a French woman as the new Councillor for its Catherington and Lovedean Ward.

Mrs Edwige Collins is married with four children and has lived in the Horndean area since 1995.

Mrs Collins said that she was keen to join the parish council so she could use some of her general skills and participate actively in the local community life.

She is interested in issues such as planning, the environment, transport, local business development and activity groups.
